3D Architectural Visualization Pricing in France
ProVisual creates 3D architectural visualisations for architects, property developers and design studios in France.

The cost depends on the type of project, its complexity, the number of views and the source files available. Please see our indicative rates or send us your project to receive a personalised quote.
Get an Estimate for Your Project
You do not need to prepare a full technical brief before contacting us. For an initial estimate, send the information you already have:
DWG / PDF drawings
or 3D model.
Full address or
Google Maps link.
Exterior / Interior /
Traditional Animation /
AI-assisted Animation.
Approximate quantity
or project scope.
We review the materials, clarify any missing details and prepare an individual estimate for your project. For most inquiries, we aim to prepare the estimate on the same business day. International time-zone differences may affect response time.
3D Visualization Starting Prices
AI-assisted animation is a separate service from traditional 3D animation. Its feasibility, duration and final cost are assessed on a project-by-project basis.

For residential, commercial and development projects. The final price depends on architectural complexity, environment, landscaping, source materials and the number of required views.

For residential and commercial interiors. Pricing depends on the size of the space, level of detail, furniture and material requirements, source files and the number of views.
For architectural walkthroughs and presentations. Final pricing depends on duration, scene complexity, camera work, modeling requirements and production method.

A faster, emerging animation workflow for selected projects. AI-assisted animation is expected to become increasingly important and is presented as a separate service rather than hidden only in the detailed price table.

International Architectural Visualization Experience
ProVisual.pro Studio works with architects, developers and design teams on architectural visualization projects across different countries. Our portfolio includes residential, commercial and large-scale architectural projects in Belgium, Luxembourg, France, the United Kingdom, Canada and other markets.
What Affects 3D Visualization Cost?
The final cost depends on several key factors. Every project is unique, and we consider all relevant details when preparing your individual estimate.

A small residential building and a large mixed-use development require different levels of modeling, detailing and production time.
Clear drawings and an existing 3D model can reduce the amount of preparation and modeling required. If only basic plans are available, additional work may be needed.

The number of final images affects the overall scope. Multiple views of the same project may share part of the modeling and setup work.

Architecture, interiors, landscaping, surrounding context, custom furniture and other project-specific elements affect production time.
A standard production schedule allows the work to be planned efficiently. Urgent deadlines may require a different production workflow.

Animation pricing depends on duration, scene complexity, camera movement, modeling, rendering and post-production requirements. Traditional and AI-assisted animation are estimated separately because their workflows and economics differ.
Detailed 3D Visualization Pricing
The prices below are the detailed service-specific guidelines already used by ProVisual.pro Studio. They may differ from the simplified quick-reference figures shown at the top of the page. They are not fixed quotes: final pricing is calculated individually after we review the project materials, surrounding environment, required deliverables and deadline.

Turnaround times: Indicative turnaround times in working days until the first colour version is ready for still images and photomontages. The timetable for other services is specified in the quotation.
VAT: Prices exclude VAT. Reverse charge applies to eligible B2B transactions within the EU; Polish VAT is not invoiced for eligible non-EU transactions in accordance with the applicable rules.
How Much Does 3D Architectural Visualization Cost?
There is no standard rate for architectural visualisation. The cost depends on what already exists at the start of the project, the scope of the modelling work and the level of detail required, the number of final views, the surrounding context and the production timeframe.
For a quick estimate whilst planning your project, allow from €590 per exterior image and from €550 per interior image. A standard architectural animation starts at €100 per second, whilst an AI-assisted animation starts at €990 per minute. The detailed price table below sets out the minimum charges specific to each service; each final quote is calculated on a case-by-case basis.
To draw up a reliable project budget, the best course of action is to send us any plans or 3D models you have available. This will enable us to assess the actual scope of the project rather than applying a generic rate to a project with different requirements.
Send your drawings or 3D model and we’ll prepare an individual estimate — usually on the same business day.

Two rounds of colour correction are included within the agreed scope of the project. Any additional corrections or changes to the original terms of reference will be assessed separately.
The price depends on the type of visualisation and the complexity of the project. At ProVisual, exterior renderings start at €590, residential interior renderings at €550 and 3D modelling from €290.
For still images, the price is usually calculated per image. For projects comprising three or more images, ProVisual applies per-image rates tailored to the scope of the project.
You can send us the plans, a 3D model if available, visual references and any useful information regarding the materials, the surroundings and the expected result.
No. The published rates are for guidance only. The final price is determined after reviewing the files, the complexity of the project, the number of views and any specific requirements.
Yes. ProVisual works remotely and can produce architectural visualisations for projects located anywhere in France.
Yes. Optimising the architect’s 3D model (SketchUp or Revit) and its environment requires a significant amount of preparatory work. This is why the unit price for the first 1 to 2 renderings is higher, to cover the costs of the initial set-up. Once the basic 3D scene has been set up, we apply a 20 per cent discount from the third rendering onwards and on all subsequent views of the same project.
