CHIEN VERT

The Chien Vert project is a renovation of an existing office building in Brussels. The architectural bureau A2M is leading this project. The design involves deconstructing the existing building, leaving only the concrete structure. The top seven floors will be office space. The first floor includes an entrance to underground parking, a lobby, and service rooms. A restaurant and gym will be located on the roof.

The facade, made of wood, adds warmth and natural beauty to the building. This design reflects a commitment to sustainability. In the courtyard, a wild garden creates a cozy atmosphere and contributes to ecological balance in the urban environment.
